just a quick glance it seems to be compatible, but I don't know anything about hybrid drives. Also you really don't need wrist straps...

i would reccommend this processor off novatech with free PandP £82:

and from the reviews that ive read, Hybrid SSDs have great performance over normal HDDs and high reliablity too so i think the hybrid SSD would be a good investment.
