That is the link to a build i plan on making But i have a few questions.
1. What can be improved?
2. Do i need a fan controller?
3. How far should i over clock my cpu with the stock cooler master hyper 212 evo?
4. Will my graphics card be able to support games for atleast 3 and a half years?
5 Will my graphics card support a 1080p monitor and a 720p monitor?
6. How much should i expect to pay in shipping to perth?
7. Will the 2 pack of case fans give a good airflow in my case which has 2 120mm fan slots.

You can buy a second fan if you want.

Also I checked stuff at pccg - you can get everything from there for the same or better price. It'll save in shipping.

The psu - Silverstone ($109) is OK. But psu's made by Seasonic are better.eg Antec HCG 620M - $125

Nice build. I have only two suggestions:
1) Get the ARES RAM for the same price, it's low profile which can be handy: http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=186_912&products_id=19629
2) Drop from a PRO to an EVO SSD - honestly for consumer workloads you'll never notice the difference, even if the builds were sitting next to each other and you had a stopwatch! http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=210_902_1370&products_id=24741 - saves you $40

RE your quesitons
2) Nope
3) Read a good OCing guide - there are heaps for that CPU
4) who can tell the future? It's a solid build which should keep you happy for years IMHO.
5) Yes absolutely
6) Maybe $40... just a guess
7) Yeah it will, though 2 fans total is probably more than enough (you're going to have 3)... which is fine too.

The parts list looks OK. I think your mobo will be able to handle the cpu cooler fan and the case fans. You can overclock till you start getting high temps; eg on idle - over 35C, games - over 60C and Stress testing over 80C

A gtx770 should do fine for a few years running games at 1080p. You could even run two monitors with 4gb vram

You'd have to check with case gear for shipping costs. Probably about $80 for their lot and say $40 from cpl and $20 from mwave.

You should take that into account when deciding. eg if you can get the cooler for $10 more in Perth, then do it.
