Just created this build (http://pcpartpicker.com/p/CQTWK8) and wanted to check with you guys if you can see any compatibility issues that might come up (e.g. ram is too high). Also, i was going to build an FX-8320 since I'm mostly gonna be playing BF4, but I couldn't find any mITX mobos with an am3+ socket. Do you know of any, and if so, is it worth it to make a new build focused around the FX-8320?

This PC would be far better:

Price breakdown by merchant: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/pP23sY/by_merchant/

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($225.98 @ SuperBiiz)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($28.98 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z97N-WIFI Mini ITX LGA1150 Motherboard ($113.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($78.98 @ OutletPC)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($53.98 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 970 4GB STRIX Video Card ($349.99 @ Amazon)
Case: BitFenix...
The i5 outperforms the 8320 by far, no point in going AMD here. There are also no [strike]mATX or[/strike] mITX AM3+ boards.

I'd go with Haswell-R though, the price is the same and you'll gain a tiny bit of performance, better overclockability and proper upgrade options to Broadwell.

Everything else looks good!

Here's your build with Haswell-R:
