Final Checks on ~$1500 build

First time building. Will be used for digital artwork, video editing, transcoding, and video playing mainly. Maybe some gaming later on so I'm keeping the option for adding another GPU in SLI later on. Hoping to get an overclock near 4.3-4.5, but still be very stable/cool. Noise is also a concern.

Prices here are only a round-about, since I am getting some things from various places in bundles (like the motherboard and CPU), and swapped the PSU.
Also, does the cooler come with thermal compound? Any place where it looks like I'm throwing money away?
Any thoughts would be VERY appreciated, it's still my first time so I am somewhat apprehensive.

Thanks! Yeah I actually check them just a bit ago, and found out that their prices are even better than the bundle I was getting on Memory Express! Sounds really great, especially since I don't have to pay all taxes from them -- I could easily reduce by $100 getting a bunch of my parts from them.
When putting in the Cooler Master heatsink, does it come with thermal compound or should I buy that separately?

I actually have the old 212. I did come with thermal compound and I dont think buying high quality thermal c on the side will affect the temperature more than 2 C. Id just stick with the included
