Final Computer.. Will it work?

Solution
Something else to keep in mind, the HDD you have selected is 5400RPMs.... that's below average. If you're wanting to stick with a mechanical HDD, I'd recommend at least a 7200RPM HDD.

And one more thing, you currently have 8GB of RAM which is good. However, you have 1 stick that's 8GB. It'd be smarter the get 2 sticks of 4GB. You'd utilize cross channeling improving the speed and response time communicating with your RAM.
The amazon link provides no information on the PSUs efficiency. As far as 750 watts goes, that's more then enough to run your system. But you may be giving your components dirty power if you go with the PSU you currently have selected.

Solution

Thank you very much for all your help. I will make sure to change HDD and the RAM.

- If not troubled by a few extra pounds get a 2x 4 gb kit, that way you can enjoy 1-2% faster ram in dual channel mode. Also when booting up remember to set the 1600 mhz in BIOS, otherwise it will adjust the ram at the 1333 mhz default of the motherboard.
- The psu looks like a very cheap one. In any case, it states as being able to deliver only 22 ampere on the 12 volt line, where the R9 290 requires a psu that can feed it 31 ampere. You will need another psu, this one will not work (it might be able to boot the system but it will crash or worse when being put under load).

edit: typo.

Thank you. I will make sure to change PSU.
