Newegg has the 3200+ for $190 and the 3500+ for $219.
Yes, spend the $29. As far as head room, you'll gain more with the 3200+,
but ultimately your ceiling will likely be the same with either chip (and
just as random).
Or try to find a 3700+. This is a San Diego core (1 MB L2 cache), and goes
for less than $300.
Personally, I'd save up a little more and buy a 3800+ X2 for $375.
