Final Fantasy 15 Windows Edition has black screen on start up?

Here are my specs: i5 4460, 12gb ddr3 ram, gtx 1060 3gb, 525gb ssd, 1tb hdd, 450 watt psu, lga 1150 motherboard, Noctua low profile CPU cooler.

I just got Final Fantasy 15 PC version on a Steam sale but it won't start properly. Whenever I launch the game it just shows a black screen. However, I can move the mouse around and here sounds from it moving in-game just nothing shows up on screen. I can't even exit the game cause of the black screen so I have to restart my PC. I can run all my other games fine. Is my processor to weak? If so what other CPU should I get? I thought it would meet the minimum requirements at least.

According to the minimum recs you should be within a decent margin to atleast get it running.

Reinstall it again, might have gotten corrupted?
Have you updated the drivers for your Nvidia card?

I reinstalled FF15 cause after the first time the game vanished from my Steam library for some reason might have been due to a cluttered SSD. I freed up some space and am pretty sure I have all the latest drivers. I am on Windows 10 and don't need any updates or anything. Don't know what to do. Might return the game since I haven't played it yet.

If vanished from the list? that should not happen. Dont know the return Policy...if you not from Europe. but it sounds like you should have sound reason to return it.

Yeah I think I will. When I say vanished I mean it got uninstalled somehow. It was still in my games folder but Steam showed it was uninstalled and won't play so i had to reinstall 75 gb of it. I am gonna wait with that game I think.
