Final Livestreaming Build

Okay so I've posted 2 threads on help making a live streaming pc. I keep getting a lot if different responds. I want to get a final decision. Here's what I want

-$1000 budget
-Need os
-Wired desktop
-Preferred i7 3770k
(Some people say the and fx 8350 would be good too but i want to make the best out of the 1k and not sure how the amd would compare to the intel)
-The case isn't important to me as long as its compatible


Please can I get a really good build. I feel like I've been getting many different builds from people but don't really know which one.

Ive hear an i5 would be good but idk how good compared to the i7
