Build Advice Final revisions please.

Hello I’ve posted a few times about my first build and I just want to get any final revision you guys might have. My budget is $1,300. This includes monitor, case, and operation system. I already have a key board and mouse.
I’m looking to be able to play the following:

GTA WITH MODS(high graphics)
GARRYS MOD
VR GAMES
CSGO
AND OTHER BIG GAMES.

EDIT: I DID NOT MAKE THIS BUILD. A HELPFUL MEMBER MADE IT FOR ME AND I SIMPLY CHANGED THE RAM TO RGB. JUST DIDNT WANT TO TAKE CREDIT FOR SOMEONE ELSES WORK. 😀
