Till now i ve decided to spend a little more for a decent quality PC , this is what i choosed and in 1-2 days i want to order this components.
Any other advices about anything ? ( still not sure about PSU / RAM'S )

PSU is good
RAM is also good, but seeing that your cpu supports overclocking you may need better cooler to keep cpu cool. I suggest cooler master 212 EVO. But vengeance is ram with high heat spreaders and be trouble when mounting cooler. So you need to get ram with low profile heatspreaders. And if you dont plan to overclock cpu, just get i5-3470 and saved money you can spend on 7870
