Here are the specs of my final pc
Processor: AMD PHENOM II X4 940 (3.0GHZ)
MOBO: GIGABYTE GA-MA790GP-UDH
VIDCARD: PALIT HD 4870 1GB/256 BIT
PSU: CORSAIR 620W
HDD: SEAGATE 320 7200RPM
RAM: XTREEM 2X2GB DDR2 1066 DARK

Tell me if i have to change something. Thanks

As far as I am concerned, even if you wish to crossfire the HD4870, your PSU should be enough to power them through at stock. If you wish to overclock, then like what Proximon said, you may wanna consider getting a larger PSU.

Since the price for DDR3 is falling to a reasonable level, you may want to consider getting a Phenom II x4 945 or if you have the money to spend, go a step higher to 955.

If and only if you have extra cash, grab a GA-MA790XT-UD4P motherboard and 4 sticks of 1333MHz DDR3 RAM and Phenom II x4 955.

For PSU, you may want to consider Antec Earthwatts 750, Silverstone, CoolerMaster though I'd definitely give the thumbs up to Antec.
