I fixed some of the parts that I originally chose to others and I am trying to finalize it.
Can anyone tells me if this is good and also if this is going to work out?
Thank you so much again!

Solution
definitely go with the 2500k

get this psu- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341044 all you need is 850w even w/2 570's

that cpu cooler is good

that motherboard is not that great of a deal. check this one out- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128506

sandy bridge mobo's do not support tri channeled ram any ways 8gb is all you need- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231428

here is a better deal on a superclocked 570- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130620

hitachi does not make very good hdd's get this spinpont f3 1tb instead you can always grab another one if you NEED more space

I'd go with 2500k and use the money towards a 32-64GB SSD for your boot volume or as a cache using the Z68 chipset )not as fast as a standalone drive but you get 1 big volume) I also prefer Antec powersupplies, especially with an Antec case but thats just my opinion. I have no personal experience with Silverstone but Antec makes a very good PSU

Thank you for the reply! I will definitely do! But do you think all those parts would fit/work? :) Thanks again!
