Final Thoughts or Improvements To My PC build

I don't want to deal with overclocking as this is my first build. I wanted to ensure everything is compatible and for you guys to give some inputs, but I was also concerned about the motherboard/memory. I wanted to know if my motherboard is ok, because there are not many reviews on it, and also wanted to know more about DDR3 vs. DDR4. I don't mind taking another motherboard, just keep it around the same price range.

I'd stay away from the Sentey PSUs, and go with a more mainstream PSU, SeaSonic, EVGA< XFX, etc

Thanks, but why so? I am a bit new to this and am open to your feedback, but the sentey PSU is only about half the price. Is it an issue concerning the quality of the PSU?

Get this PSU instead, never go cheap on the PSU. If you have a micro center near you this 27" 1080p G sync monitor is only $400, its a steal. 6700k is also only $350 a micro center too.
