Hey guys i need your final advise on this build i have come up with

Approximate Purchase Date: End of August

Budget Range: $450 After Rebates

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Livestreaming games, light video editing, streaming movies.

Parts Not Required: keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, OS

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: NCIX.com, Because i live in Canada and their shipping prices are a lot better

Country of Origin: Canada

Parts Preferences: Prefer AMD and ATI just due to being cheaper but i am not picky if something is cheaper or will preform better for a lower price. I would like to be able to use this computer for around 4+ years.

Directcanada.com has free shipping on orders over $50. I caution agaist figuring rebates into the budget. I've had a 50% success rate in the last year or so, and from what I hear, this is pretty typical. Your build is decent for your budget. I'm not sure what games you want to play or how well that GPU will hold up. I see that you don't plan on buying anything for another month or so....prices will change. You're best bet is to come back about a week before your purchase date and post this. Hope this helps.
