[SOLVED] Finalizing 1440p Build... Need final tips!

Hey everyone. So I've been putting together the parts for this build for about 2 months now and I'm almost finished. I'm now waiting for Black Friday and the days after it when the prices drop again to start ordering.

I'm mainly aiming for 1440p @ 155Hz for this build and I've put a major emphasis on future-proofing (I'm also not going to overclock anytime soon), as I'm not going to do any other upgrades for the next few years. The main use of this PC will be gaming and most notably these are the games I currently play the most: Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, GTA Online, Overwatch and Rainbow Six Siege. (I also want my PC to be able to handle future games like Halo Infinite, Cyberpunk 2077 and Starbase).

As for desktop use I do a lot of multi-tasking and I will be actively using this PC in the future for game development using Unreal Engine, Unity and Blender.

So, with that out out of the way, here are the components:

1. Asus GeForce RTX 3070 Dual 8GB
2. Ryzen 7 3700X (295 euros / 350 dollars here) / Ryzen 5 5600X (320 euros / 380 dollars) / maybe even a Ryzen 5 3600XT (225 euros / 265 dollars)
3. MSI X570-A Pro MOBO
4. G.Skill RipjawsV 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3200MHz CL16
5. Kingston A2000 1TB NVMe
6. Cougar MX410 Mesh-G RGB ATX PC case
7. Corsair TX750M 750W 80 Plus+ Gold
8. (2x 2TB 7200RPM HDDs from my previous rig)

Total: About 1350 euros (1600 dollars) if I choose the Ryzen 5 5600X.

So how does this look to everyone? Do you have any suggestions? Any component I should swap, or any corners I could cut so that I can put aside some money for future use?

I would really appreciate any tip on what CPU I should choose, as I'm pretty split at the moment and I haven't been able to find some good benchmarks of the most CPU - bound games here, GTA 5 and MSFS at 1440p.

What country are you shopping in?

Between the 5600X and the 3700X, I would go with the 5600X if you can find it in stock at a not-terribly-inflated price. The Zen3 architecture tends to typically be over 20% faster in CPU-limited games. They are in really short supply at the moment though, and the same goes for the 3070, so you might not actually be able to buy either of those components this month.
