Finalizing Gaming PC build, need last peices and a check

So, I've made a few topics here for advise, and everyone has been very good about it. However, I've held off on buying parts beacuse I've been waiting for some good deals to come around. This week, it looks like I've found them, so I'm ready to put together a real Build, and I was hoping to get some comments on it and recomendations.


Approximate Purchase Date: Next 2 days

Budget Range: Whatever is there

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, internet.

Parts Not Required: Optical drive and Hard drives. Mouse and Keyboard. MAYBE Monitor (More on that later.)

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg, though I'm close to a microcenter and don't mind the drive.

Country of Origin: US

Parts Preferences: by brand or type: None.

Overclocking: Yes, but only a little.

SLI or Crossfire: No

Monitor Resolution: 1024x768 (The one I have right now. I kind of want a new one.)

I know the PSU is a little overkill, but it's a good price and I've read good things, and I'd rather get too much instead of not enough.

The only component I NEED right now is memory. I have no idea what sort of bandwith I should be looking for to complete this. I doubt I'll need more then 4-8 gigs.

Also looking for an aftermarket cooler, if it's cheap enough. I'm not shooting for a huge overclock. Just 3.6 or 7 maybe, but if it's cheap and I can put it together without much hassle I'd be happy.

I normally wouldn't bump like this so quickly, but with only a day or two for the deals I'm a little anxious.

Nothing eh? I'd love for someone to let me know I was on the right track, but I guess I'm buying them regardless today. Hope I didn't miss something.

I don't like the mixing of AMD and GeForce graphics. I would have suggested an i5 2500k. The PSU is not overkill, it looks just fine. And I would have recommended a different mobo as yours does not look very future friendly.
