Finalizing PC Idea. Any last suggestions?

So Im coming down to where Im going to buy parts for a custom built PC very very soon. After talking with very helpful people on fourms and across other websites, this is what I have came up with:

The 1070 Founders Edition is already purchased so I cannot change that componet. Im at a place where I dont want to change every part of my build, but suggestions for maybe different fans or something that isnt as big as a deal as the rest is welcomed, unless a component is REQUIRED that Im missing for something specific (or getting ripped off and there is something better). I will be overclocking GPU and CPU.

I would say you dont need such big PSU, 550w or 600w would be enough.
Also the Z370 Extreme is a better motherboard and it's cheaper. Get a bigger SSD if you can with the money you save.

It is always better to have(not compulsory) to have larger PSU than required if one can. It is less stressed even under load. That 750W PSU was in same price range of 650W so I did not spend huge amount to include it.

The Extreme4 Motherboard is good but not as good as ROG STRIX Z370-F which packs in better quality material and components. And ASUS ROG has far better software support than ASRock which OP can use especially in his RGB build.
