Disclaimer: my definition of dream pc might be different than yours.

Ok, I'm 15, and doing youtube and working odd jobs have paid off. I have about $2000 USD I could use but I would love to spend as little as possible. My current pc is doing ok but sometimes the CPU hits %100 usage in games and on the gpu side of things it just cant do high settings and framerates. I put together a parts list cause I have pretty good knowledge of current hardware (i think) but totally feel free to change it. Wherever I could cut some fat and/or beef up a certain part let me know. I left storage blank because I have Basically no understanding of it. I have a SATA SSD rn and it seems super fast so unless it could help with something other than downloading I don't need any faster than that.
Games I play:
valorant not bad just want higher settings and frames. Minecraft, pretty good but unstable frames (dips to the 40s and 50s but sometimes hits 200). warzone beats my CPU like a disabled child and I think I need more ram. World of Warcraft, could be better
My current pc for context (upgraded Optiplex)
CPU i5 4570
ram is 2x4GB
GPU is gtx 1650
120gb SSD and 500gb harddrive (slow, will be discarded)
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/nqYNGL i have a white theme going but if there are better parts that arent white it can change I don't really care.
Note: I play at 1080p and I'm going to get a 144hz monitor (not included in budget). And I don't need to spend a lot of money I just would like a constant 60fps in warzone and wow, 144 for Minecraft and val. Doesn't have to constant 144 but id like to get good use out of the 144hz. Also I don't mind low settings in warzone

Your build looks fine as is though I'd look into a DDR4-3600Mhz ram kit, couple that with an NVMe drive(s) and get a 750W unit for the sake of headroom from the PSU. Outside of that, you're fine.
ok that would be right on the edge of my budget. I would love to save money if I can, is there anything i could cut down on? maybe motherboard or is the CPU cooler overkill? maybe I don't need an i7?

Nice build ^^

You want to try and fit a 1TB SSD in your budget. That means trimming the fat off either the board and/or cpu cooler. You can always add a SATA SSD later on for more storage.

PNY CS2130 1TB M.2 PCIe NVMe Gen3 x4 Internal SSD $104.99

ok I completely rebuilt except i kept the 12700f. I changed the GPU because I didn't realize the rx 6600 is basically a 3060 without good ray tracing and I want to save some money because I just got the ok from my parents to switch my room with their office so now I would like money to get a new desk and more monitors. Anyway the only questions I've got now is the ram and the cooler. Should I even get 32 gigs? the only thing that needed more ram when I had 8 gigs was warzone and editing. And also I'm worried this little cooler wont be able to let the CPU run very high cause I know the 65 watt tdp is probably at the base 2.1ghz.

You might want to test the stock cooler and watch cpu temps.

Final draft of the parts list. Basically went with a no-rgb blackout theme cause it doesn't feel practical to have the northern lights on my desk. I went with a cooler that is overkill but i really liked it and I had saved a lot on other parts. Threw in 2 monitors. 1440p 144hz for the gentler games and the other for discord and suck and warzone if it won't run on 1440 well.
Thanks for the help guys I'm so hyped to build my first fully custom build!!

First off with the office furniture .. you can get that later. I've used card tables and plastic resin lawn chairs before just so I could sink my money into my build .. because the build is the priority. You can always get office furniture afterwards but you don't want to regret shorting yourself on your build.

Warzone favors Nvidia DLSS. That and unlike the RX 6600XT, the RX 6600 is a dog hence the reason it's so cheap atm.

https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/campaigns/play-cod-warzone/

I'd go with an Nvidia card whether it be a 3060 or 3060 Ti and I'd go full modular on the psu or else you're going to have a b1tch of a time hiding those extra cables in a cheap case with crappy cable management such as that Cougar. Seasonic makes those Phantek power supplies for Phantek just like they do with the upper line Corsair psu's and just like Super Flower makes the high end psu's for EVGA. Any case that's halfway decent won't need three extra case fans. If you do video editing then get the 2x16GB of 3200mhz RAM. 3600mhz effects Ryzen cpu's a lot more than it affects Intel builds ... especially Intel 11 and 12 gen cpu's. 3200mhz CL16 is the sweet spot and it's cheaper than OC'd 3600 with CL18 latency.

I'd go for one monitor right now ... you can always add another one later on. I'd look for a 1080P IPS G-Sync compatible. Asus, MSI, Gigabyte, Acer, etc ..

Here's a few examples.

https://www.newegg.com/p/N82E16824475176
MSI Optix MAG2732 27" Full HD 1920 x 1080 165 Hz HDMI, DisplayPort, USB, Audio G-Sync Compatible IPS Gaming Monitor $219.99

https://ca.msi.com/Monitor/Optix-MAG2732

https://www.amazon.com/ASUS-Gaming-1080P-Monitor-VG279QR/dp/B091D61MRH/
ASUS TUF Gaming 27” 1080P Monitor (VG279QR) - Full HD, IPS, 165Hz (Supports 144Hz), 1ms, Extreme Low Motion Blur, G-SYNC Compatible $219.99

Ok, what do you think now? I bought a 3060 ti on eBay brand new for $800 and I got that tuf monitor you listed. I spent the extra bit for a good case hoping it will last multiple builds. Should I still get 3 fans since the meshify only has one?
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/DPnGXy
Nice pickup on that card ^^. btw you want a 650w psu for that card. The Meshify seems to be a bit of a ripoff seeing how it only comes with a single fan yet goes for over $100.

This case is possibly the best gaming case going atm and it requires no extra fans.

LIAN LI LANCOOL II MESH C PERFORMANCE BLACK $109.99

Another frequently recommended case on here with good airflow and it only requires one extra fan (exhaust fan).

Phanteks Eclipse P400A $74.99

Exhaust fan for that case.

ARCTIC P12 PWM 120mm 4-Pin Case Fan $9.58
