Finally finished building the PC but wont boot..

Well it does actually boot, its just that im stuck on a screen that says "Reboot and Select proper Boot Device or Insert Boot Media in selected boot device and press a key"...
The only drive I have in the PC is the SSD which has a cable connected to the power supply and a SATA cable connected straight to the motherboard besides that I have no idea what's wrong, it wont even let me access BIOS

insure the ssd is on the motherboard on sata0 or sata1 enter system bios and make sure the ssd is set as the primary
if booting from a usb enable legacy mode

How do I do that? Is there a certain key I have to hold before it launches? And if I dont have an OS, Do I download one on a usb and install it since I dont have an optical drive?

download win10 here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10/ it will have full instructions! dont worry about bios quite yet try following all of the windows instructions and if still nothing feel free to message me or reply again

usually f2 or delete key, spam it when you turn on the computer then go bios and be sure you have the ssd on the boot list, it is show there then you have to install windows as legendfps said.
