Finally tired of all the BSODs I'm getting

My computer is almost 3 years old, I got it custom made. About 2 years ago, my video card got over heated and I had to have the company I got the computer from replace it. I kept getting BSODs though, most notably when I would wake the computer up (so I simply stopped letting it go to sleep). I still got BSODs infrequently, sometimes while gaming or skyping. Last night I got one while streaming a game over twitch. I ran memtest over night for 4 passes, and no errors were found with my RAM. I also used Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool, and my processor passed as well. I was trying to install a program to flash my Asus motherboard, but I got another blue screen while doing that, and now that program won't install.

Well I reset it by telling it to go back to default settings in BIOS. I did the same thing I did last night and I didn't get any blue screens. Is there a sure fire way to test if this worked? My warranty is up soon so if it needs to get fixed i wanna make sure I start that process soon and not get a BSOD when it is up.

Can you direct me to how to uninstall the Asus driver and the Logitech one? Is the Logitech one my webcam? I can get the Xbox controller fine.

Assuming you're running windows 7.Go to Control panel---> Programs and features--> Uninstall or change a program. In that list look for something resembling Asus, i am also not sure what to exactly look for. It is difficult to solve these problems remotely. Yea , try uninstalling the webcam driver. Actually you don't need most of these drivers , widows install them on their own when you plug the hardware.Mean while , Uninstall Adobe flash as well. Also in the task manager look for something resembling Asus in the Running application list. Keep me posted, if there are any changes after these tweaks.

Okay so here are some updates...btw I really appreciate the help so thanks.

The MotioninJoy driver was the easiest one to get rid of, there was a program in add or remove that I just uninstalled

For the Realtek one, I downloaded something called Win7 and Server 2008 R2 Auto Installation Program because this site (http://www.sevenforums.com/bsod-help-support/332924-rt64win7-sys-bsod-crashes-when-pc-idle.html) said that it would fix it

For Asus, the only thing on my computer that I'm aware of that is made by asus is my mobo. I didn't see anything in add or remove programs for Asus. Someone advised updating my bios, so I tried to run something called Asus Update which would supposedly have given me a safe and easy way to accomplish this. While installing the program, my computer BSOD again, showing the same Bs_def.sys error. How can I fix this one?

For the NVIDIA one, I'm going to try the solution listed on this site (http://www.techsupportforum.com/forums/f299/solved-bsod-from-running-anything-gpu-intensive-935322.html) and will report back with results when I have time.

And finally for the Logitech one...I tried looking on their website for a driver update to my webcam (HD Webcam C615) but I couldn't find one. I finally did find one on a third party site and I uninstalled the existing drivers. Then I plugged it back in and tried to update it (the drivers on there are from 2012) but it said that the drivers are up to date...clearly not. What help can you give with this one?

Edit: Actually I just downloaded something from Logitech's website for webcams that claimed it would update my drivers for it. I installed it and then checked device manager but it still says the driver is from 2012. However I think it did get updated because I think the old driver was a couple of months older than the one that is on there now. Can I consider this one fixed?

Edit2: Just looked at WhoCrashed more, the last time the NVIDIA one caused a crash was May 2014. I'm assuming that issue has been fixed since I've updated the drivers since then. And another question, how do I go about diagnosing the ntoskrnl.exe crashes?

As concluded in that thread it could be a -
Ram issue
Processor issue
Mobo isuue

You said you've tested you Ram and CPU. You tried updating the BIOS and it gave you an BSOD. It could be faulty Mobo , rest every issue was resolved with the driver updates. One more thing you can try is , if you have multiple sticks , take one out and run the system. Maybe the clock timings on the Ram's isn't matching. Also check your HDD for bad sectors.

With the logitech drivers, windows already has installed the latest drivers which is newer than you logitech ones, needn't worry about that.

Try the above tweaks, if it still persists try formatting and if its still there then i am sure your Mobo is dead.

Alright I just wanna update the thread in case someone else is having the same issues as me. I've updated all of the drivers listed by WhoCrashed as causing whatever blue screens they caused. I flashed my BIOS via Asus EZ Flash (if you have an Asus mobo like me, it's really not as scary as I thought it would be, you simply download the latest BIOS file for your mobo (your mobo will even tell you if its the wrong file), start BIOS up, go into the EZ Flash utility and bam, you're done). I tried something called driver verifier, something native to Windows, but DON'T DO THIS!!! My PC started BSODing while loading windows and I had to do System Restore from Start Up repair to get it to work again. And also, I think updating BIOS via EZ Flash is more reliable than trying to do it through windows as I got some crashes while trying to do it that way.

Again, I ran Memtest86 and Intel Processor Diagnostic Test and no errors were found with my memory or CPU, so I don't think anything is physically wrong with either of those. For right now I'm going to consider this issue resolved until I get another bs_def.sys BSOD (hopefully I don't though). If that happens I'm going to try reinstalling Windows. If the issue persists after that I'm gonna have my mobo looked at by a repair shop.
