I'm having issues with my laptop finding 5-g wifi, here is my wifi adapter:
Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz
which is supposed to support up to 6g.

My phone a Samsung S7 can connect to the 5g network fine so I know my router supports 5g.

I'm wondering if it has something to do with these settings?

Device Manager -> Network adapter -> Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz -> Advanced Tab.

I have a lot of options under Property:
201.1a/b/g Wireless Mode
802.11n/ac/ax/Wireless Mode
ARP Offload for WoWLAN
Channel Width for 2.4GHz (Currently Selected)
Channel Width for 5GHz
Fat Channel Intolerant
Global BG Scan Blocking
GTK rekeying for WoWLAN
MIMO Power Save Mode
Mixed Mode Protection
NS offload for WoWLAN
Packet Coalescing
Preferred Band
Roaming Aggressiveness
Sleep on WoWLAN Disconnect
Thoughtput Booster
Transmit Power
U-APSD support
Wake on Magic Packet
Wake on Pattern Match

Here are my options for Value:
  1. Dual Band 802.11a/b/g
  2. Dual Band 802.11a/g
  3. 2.4GHz 801.11b/g
  4. 2.4GHz 802.11g
  5. 2.4GHz 802.11b
1 5GHZ 802.11a (currently selected)

I searched for online drivers and the best one is already installed Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz

Any help would be great as my internet speed varies between devices. On 5-g on my phone I get 112MBPS download and on my laptop I get 14MBPS download.

I put my property as 802.11n/ac/ax WirelessMode and my value as 802.11ax. I was able to connect to 5g but ran a speed test and it clocked in at 22MBPS download. Is there a different problem I don't know perhaps?

No it's in the other room, maybe that's why? From my room my phone gets 100MBPS though, I guess I'm confused why my phone has a fast connection but my laptop doesn't.

It is possible your router is using a 5Ghz WIFI channel your laptop doesn't support. MANUALLY set the 5Ghz WIFI channel in your router to something around channel 40.

How do I go about doing that? I have a Sagemcom fast 5260 router.
