Question Find a front USB replacement

I have this front panel:

A cable is broken so one USB doesnt work. I was looking to replace the panel with a similar one but that has 2 USB 3.0 ports, however I cannot find any. in fact, looking for "front panel" gives me those 5" bay panels instead of this.

Note that it has 2 USBs (1 3.0), 2 audio and 1 SD card. Its embedded in the front panel case, so that part cannot be replaced...

Do you know if its possible what I want?

I would use a rear panel port with a USB3 hub on top of the case, but that is just me...
