Find all devices on wired network

I have Windows 10 Pro and am using a wired network connection with power line adapters and some Ethernet connections. I have also added a second router for extending signal. Some devices such as mobile phones are connected to the network and function properly but do not appear on the network list of any of my computers. How do I fix this?

Depending on what information you're looking for, check the client access list on the DHCP server (either of the two routers in all likelihood). That should give you a device name, IP address and MAC address.

Would also depend how you have your second "router" is setup, if its routing you wont see anything from one net on the other.
