It should say right on the label what OS is that key for (i.e., it should say Windows XP Professional OEM, for example).
After you read what OS/version you need, go ahead and buy a disk or download an ISO from MS or a retailer.
Alternatively, you can contact the manufacturer for a backup copy of the system disks.

i have only product key but i want to know this product works at which os?????

Contact the manufacturer.

house70's alternative suggestion is probably best as the factory recovery discs will include the correct drivers for your laptop model and they'll be installed automatically. However, if you decide not to go down that route you can download the drivers from the laptop maker's website.
