Find out Drive used in external HDD casing

Can anyone tell me an app to help me determine the Model number of the Hard disk used in the external casing.

Here's what I wanna do, I have a Seagate 3TB GoFlex Desk Drive , I wanna find out what 3.5" drive is inside. Heard its a Barracude XT. Wanna be sure.

SIW can show the model numbers as well as the serial numbers on a drive.
