Finding a CPU cooler

I have:
Case: Corsair carbide spec-01
Motherboard: ASUS m5a87m-l LX plus
CPU: AMD FX-6300

Been wanting to change the cooler for a while since the stock one is too noisy most of the time, but I can't find a cheap aftermarket cooler that fits inside the case.

212 Evo is a really good cooler for around $20. I have one and it brought my 6300's temps down by over 25C.

The Corsair website says the maximum CPU cooler height is 150mm, and the CoolerMaster website says the 212 evo is 159mm tall.

Hello... another solution would be to just replace the the 4-wire fan with another quieter fan... but yes there are Low profile coolers out there.

The case has a limited height for tower type coolers.
As a result, those with quieter 120mm fans will not fit.
Too bad, it is otherwise a nice case.

You can look for a cooler with a 92mm fan, noctua makes some quiet ones, but they are not cheap.
Or, look for a top down cooler which could support a 120 or even 140mm fan.
