Hello everyone.
I have lenovo ideapad s340-14IWL with Model Name:81N7
This laptop comes with built-in RAM (soldered in systemboard) or (in motheboard) and it’s only 4gb, 2400MHz.

there is only one free slot available for RAM upgrade, Now i went to see the specifications of the built-in RAM so that i can buy a compatible one and upgrade the laptop, i went to lenovo.com and all i was able to get about the built-in RAM is:

“” Chipset Memory:
Intel SoC (System on Chip) platform
8GB max / 2400MHz DDR4,
optional 4GB memory soldered to systemboard, one DDR4 SO-DIMM socket.
*system clock down for processors with lower memory controller.

i used some third party programs to find detailed specifications, and only one of them was able to give me some details(Timing or the CL which i was looking for) it shows the
Timing as 10-10-10-28 and Speed only hits two number 665MHz & 1197MHz(confusing). Now i’m confused how will i find a compatible RAM (which should have timing of 10-10-10-28 and DDR4 with 2400MHz) it’s hard to find or maybe it doesn’t exist.
Hope you can help with this, Thanks.

Note: the Timing sometimes goes up to 17-17-17-39,
The CPU is Intel i5-8265U.

But The Timing of the built-in RAM in my laptop shows as 10-10-10-28 (CL10) and the website you provided shows a RAM’s with only CL17 and up. Would that work with Timing of 10-10-10-28 ? I heard it should have same specs. Thanks
