I'm Replacing my motherboard as my current one is broken, I've tried looking around at all the choices but there so many details and I don't know whats relevant and what's not. My current motherboard is a Acer Predator G3620 I'm looking for a budget replacement between £50 - £120. I was looking at a MSI Z87 MPOWER but there are differences (the chipset and CPU socket) the Acer has a H67 express chipset and the MSI has a Z87 I don't know if that matters.

Also the rest of my setup is a standard Acer Predator G3620 series PC.

Thanks.

P.S. I don't want to overclock it.

Solution
Your current PC is a prebuilt, that they based on a H67 and a 3770 - the 3770 is actually an IB CPU wher the mobo is the earlier H67 chipset, which is one reason I suggested the newer H77 (and the Z variants which were part of the IB (Ivy Bridge) migration. Regardless of what chipset you decide on - you will probably have to install a new copy of Win as the version currently in use is OEM and tied to your current mobo

The CPU is an Intel i7 3770, so I need a mobo with a 1155 CPU socket? What do I do about the chipset?

Your motherboard is lga1155, ATX(7 slots) and a H67 chipset.
M-ATX(4 slots) would work unless you need all the original expansion slots.
Try to stick with a H67 chipset or you may not be able to boot with your current os.

Older motherboards are hard to find new. Your best bet is on ebay.

Does that mean that because my motherboard is a Acer, my pc might reject a different mobo? I heard some HPs reject not HP mobos. If that isn't the case I think I'll go with an ASrock.

Ok, I think I'll get an ASRock z77 and now I know I could have to install a new copy of windows. Thanks to all involved, I'd still be running around with no idea if weren't you. First time asking a question on this site amazing response. thanks again for everything (I hope that's everything) if I have any other questions I'll just ask.
