Finding accounts under my email.

I hope this is a simple question to understand.
Is there an application or website that I can plug my email into and have it scan the internet to see what/where it's been used for? Website registration etc.

I don't think so. Most websites do not publish the email addresses of their users for security and privacy reasons.

Dang, I suppose that is a good reason not too, but at the same time I think it's a good idea. But the security risk would be too high I suppose.

Yeah! I just occurred to me know how bad of a security breach this could have been! Maybe if you contact the email service provider support they could get a list?

And, such would be a spammer's wet dream, millions upon millions of e-mail addresses for the taking. The whole thing is a very bad idea on multiple levels.
