[SOLVED] Finding cheapest OS X Tiger upgrade outside of eBay?

My friend wants the Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger installation DVD or CDs (preferably upgrade version). I've been bidding on eBay but I wondered if anyone knew the cheapest way to buy this item. Is it possible to get it for less than $100?

Ignoring your subject title, here you go. I doubt you'll find it much cheaper than $18.

If you know anyone at a university (in the US) you should be able to have them buy it for you for really cheap. for example I got snow leopard for 24 dollars the day it came out at my university's computer store because im a student. I also just bought Windows 7 for 18 dollars to dual boot on my mac pro... maybe this helps?
