I've received instructions to re-do my messed up Windows Media Player (delete current library and rebuild new one) and I need to get to :\\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\MIcrosoft\Media Index in order to delete the wmplibrary....db file

I CAN NOT FIND THIS FOLDER.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated!

It actually is going to be referred to as AppData now and is a hidden folder. You can show hidden folders by following the steps HERE.

Once you've done that, you will want to follow the following path:
C:\Users\{Username}\AppData
NOTE: {Username} needs to be substituted with your username on the computer.

Keep in mind that this only applies to Windows 7 and up. I'm not sure what document you are looking at but for it to refer to Documents and Settings it might be outdated.

Those instructions are not applicable to windows 10.
Folder "Documents and Settings" is something from Windowx XP era.
