Finding fan headers....

I have the MSI b350m gaming pro and I understand there’s the cpu fan header plus 2 more fan headers for case fans. However, I can’t seem to find the 3rd one and I need to for 2 more fans I intend on adding.

Page 7 of the manual https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B350M-GAMING-PRO#down-manual. CPU_Fan is at the top, SYS_FAN1 is towards the middle and SYS_FAN2 is on the bottom left.

If you need more you can either use a splitter, or buy a FAN hub.
