Finding RAM help!!!

So I'm trying to find som good ram. Preffered 2x8Gb DDR3 1600 with a cas latency of 7. I heard that 7 is the cas latency it should have but I can find any sticks with that CL. I'm not sure if it's needed though. I'd also prefer it to be red or black. And yes I do need the 16Gb

CL 8 for DDR3 1600 is fairly common. 7 will be harder to find but...

I've had good experience with G.Skill (* as tradesman mentions above) and also Mushkin Redline.
