Finding RAM Help

Hi, I'm looking for the best DDR2 4GB RAM for my old computer. My budget is $40. It has to be compatible with this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883103183

Is this for just 4GB or are you planning to add it to the existing DRAM - if planning to add to what is there there is no DRAM that would be guaranteed to play with the existing sticks

For me it's going to the page that gives info about his pc.

If you still use that OS,and it probably is 32bit,you are able to use ~3.25gb of the total amount.

Actually I upgraded to Windows 7 Professional 64 bit about a week ago.
