I'm currently looking for cheap low-profile keyboards, the ones you typically see on laptops. I found 2 slim keyboards but both have unique issues that I might come across.

The 2 slim keyboards I found:
Redragon Karura K502 (https://www.amazon.com/Keyboard-K502-Redragon-Illuminated-Computer/dp/B00LSGKEC4)
Issues:
• hard keys
• rubberized
• no Windows key on the left side (yes that's an issue for me)
Cougar Vantar (https://www.amazon.com/Cougar-gaming-700M-BO-Keyboard/dp/B06XZYGD2J)
Issues:
• no way to turn off RGB when I want to
• shipping fee, because it's rare in my country and some of them are overpriced

I need a keyboard that should have low-profile keys. The keyboard should be backlit, not necessarily with RGB lighting but I'm ok with it. I prefer wired keyboards. It shouldn't be too large for my desk but not too small for me to see. My budget for a keyboard is around $20-$40.

Gram Spectrum costs $140, which is far from my budget, my budget is $20-$40. You can use Amazon or NewEgg to find them, I'm ok with the shipping fee. I live in the Philippines. Shipping fee for both keyboards I found is $20. I need more options so I can finalize what I should buy. Like I said, I prefer non-RGB lighting. If I don't have more options to choose from, I'll have to hear insights from people who owns this or at least used it once. Please help me find the perfect keyboard at that price range or at least help me decide which one.
