Finding the best case for water-cooling

I am trying to build my first water cooling rig.
I have a Intel 7700K GTX980 and motherboard Z270F

What is the first choice of the case?
i am thinking of PC-O11 DYNAMIC or TT P5 or TT P90 TG
Do there have any good choice?

And i want to ask that is there any good brand for water cooling?
Or do it have the kit for me?

You'll need to figure out a budget plan first I'd think. Understanding all the risks and work involved. What are your goals, ect? Regarding price, it gets expensive very quickly going custom.

I think my budget for the water cooling is about $320 dollar

Ok, that's not including case? Are you looking to cool CPU only, or both CPU and GPU? A kit preferable, or full custom(very expensive quickly).?

I want to do a custom loop for the water cooling with CPU and GPU. Is that over my budget too much?
