Finding the bottlenck of my current setup

i5 4590 CPU @ 3.30GHz
2x 4GB DDR3 Memory
ZOTAC GTX 750
1TB WD Caviar Blue

Running in Win 7 Ultimate
DX 11

Steam games in account

AC Black flag
Dead Rising 3
Dota 2
GTA 4
Witcher 1,2 & 3
Middle earth Shadow of Mordor

What you are running right now, best guess is that the GPU is hindering your setup. But if your system runs good and you can play whatever games you enjoy on settings that you are happy with, then you don't NEED to upgrade. If you are fairly happy then all I would do is add another 4gb RAM and an SSD to your system and install Windows on the SSD and use your 1TB for your games and storage. If you are just wanting to upgrade, then you could always do the SSD, upgrade to a 4790(k) and throw a 1080(ti) in there and you'd be set for quite a while.

Well, for rendering, your CPU would be the bottleneck.
For gaming, your GPU would be the bottleneck, as it is a bit underpowered for your CPU

The only possible issue I see in your build is the 4gb of RAM, if your running a 64 bit version of Windows I'd recommend upgrading to 8gb for current gaming.

4GB is on the low end of ram for 64bit OS (min 8GB recommended), your CPU can handle stronger GPU but you do not need one if you are not gaming so really what the uses are defines the system.

If your gaming at 1080P you'll want a better GPU, anything up to a 1060 6gb would pair well with that CPU.

I can play dota 2 with best looking settings but when playing witcher 3 and AC Black flag i'm not happy at all
I am planning to get a gtx1080 and 144hz monitor also

I'll be gaming at a 144hz monitor 1080p but thinking about getting a 1080 8gb for my GPU.
