Finding the Razer Kraken serial number

I just brought a pair of Razer Kraken Pro and I know it says to remove the ear cup to find out the number but I don't want to risk damaging the headset, is there any way of finding it out without removing the ear cup?

Also, off subject, anyone know a good cheap (possibly with LED's) keyboard? Mines getting a bit old

Do you see the serial number anywhere else on it? If not, you need to follow the directions.

I have the same problem. The directional arrow seems to mean pull straight out, but it won't budge. I don't want to break the darn thing, I don't usually spend this much money on myself. I can't get them to work with LOTRO, either.

The box may have the serial # of the headset on it also.
