fingerprint working how

hi I have Toshiba portege r930 PT330-09y38 and running windows 10 x64 bit but icant get my fingerprint to get work I tired to download from Toshiba website it run then nothing showed up, can someone please help me cheers!!

as per the R930 Protégé user manual from 3-8 thru 3-14 are all the answers. note they mention Windows 7 not 10 in this manual , unsure if your biometrics hardware is actually functional under windows 10 you will need to check under Setting > device manager if there is NOT a yellow triangle over the biometric hardware (if so then it will not work)
