The 's' and 'n' keys sometimes work fine, sometimes they won't work, and sometimes they double work (press once and 'ss' or 'nn' comes out.

This has happened to every mechanical keyboard I've owned (but different keys). First one was a Blackwidow. Started doing this in less than a year. Tried everything. Nothing worked, so I bought a Blackwidow Ultimate (why not upgrade?). Same thing happened in about a year. After that I said "Screw Razer!" and bought a Logitech G710+. This is the one I have now. I've had it for a probably close to a year now and it just started doing it about a couple weeks ago. Just writing this is chore, I have to constantly fix typos that result.

I've tried everything that I've seen suggested for ssimilar (see!? typo left in for reference) issues and nothing has worked. I've tried driver rollback, driver clean reinstall, I've opened it up and cleaned out the physical inside. Nothing. This is getting a bit ridiculous. Any ideas? Thank you for any information.

Yeah, that's what I figured. I just don't have ay ideas what it could be. I'll try the USB bus idea, but I doubt that's it just because I can't imagine all of them were and remained in the same bus. And no other USB devices have issues. Also, I don't think it's the cables. I guess it could be, but I'm definitely not harsh on them. I'm pretty overprotective of all of my expensive things.

Well, they will all remain on the same bus - that's just the USB controller, which has four to six actual usb ports on it.

Does the keyboard give you issues if it's plugged into a different computer?

The other option (though it sounds unlikely) is that you've got something in there that is keeping the keys from returning - either it's sticky or something physical is jamming. Since it's a snap to remove keys from a mechanical keyboard and clean it, I'd say that's worth spending an hour or two on.
