Finished new build and can't get past Device Mapping Table when trying to install Win 7 from USB

I just finished a new build and after setting up the BIOS instead of launching Win 7 installer from a USB I get a screen that says EFI Shell version 2.31 and a Device Mapping Table below it. How can I get Windows loaded from here? I don't have an optical drive to use a disk.

maybe you didn't set up the BIOS quite right, restore defaults and see if it boots.
