Edited with a better power supply, and that is it. Remember you don't want to skimp the PSU, itself and your case and RAM are likely the only real future proof items you can get, I doubt we will be advancing into DDR5 or higher in the next few generations. The higher wattage will also support a higher end GPU when it comes time, and is more likely to survive longer.

By no means is it a guarantee, but better odds at the same price is a win win.
