This is My New build, Most of the parts have been purchased, and are delivered or are shipping right now (CPU / MOBO Tuesday, RAM thursday).

So all I need is a

Cooler (for Overclocking)
Case fans
A HDD
And a monitor (I have a old one)

How does this look?

Looks like a good balanced build to me. Should serve you nicely for 1080p 60FPS gaming. Your most definitely going to want to overclock that CPU though, but I like it. As for an upgrade path you can consider a better GPU as that RX 460 is a bit under powered for the capabilities of that Ryzen CPU, I would consider an RX 570 or 580, or better, in the future as a possible upgrade.

thank you!

I was going to get a new GPU next year... 2019?

I also have the gpu unlocked to 1024 SMP (bios flash)

So other than the gpu, everything is good?

Everything looks good, that PSU isn't the best ever made, but it is still very good. If you ever store anything important on this PC or ever run high end hardware that will draw a lot of watts or amps from the 12v rail you will want to get a new one, but as for now and after a GPU upgrade it should do you well.

for ~$1200?

terrible, you made some utterly backwards choices ~$200 ram with a rx 460?? bonkers...

return everything if you can, make a post here asking for help in building a proper setup

- the cooler is not so good(noisy and pretty poor), you're better off with a air cooler, unless you are willing to spend twice the money.
- I suggest this , its kinda a 40 dollar cooler but u pay extra for the rgb(like the ram):

as for the case fans they're fine according to kitguru so i take them for granted.
else noctua fans with a phanteks halo is always an option: http://www.phanteks.com/Halos.html

for the hdd:

Honestly I would ditch that 120gb ssd, even if its just for the os, its just not gonna cut it in 2018 ( think about stuff u download from the pc and cookies cahches virus scanner etc, and maybe that 1 Esports game u play alot and U might have passed it already).

important edit: welcome to the phanteks p400s team I got one too :)
important edit 2: I agree with amx amybe the rgb thing is a bit out of your budget.

How about you look through what has been posted before telling the OP it is crap, it isn't crap and the OP is planning on upgraded the video card later, next year ish. The op is planning on spending decent money for a good one and I have supplied the OP with a proper arrangement of GPU's to upgrade to.

Um, If i Could, I would get something completely different. (1500x + 8gb RAM + GTX 1060 6gb)

I bought the GPU 2 1/2 years ago, on black friday for $70 For my old Core 2 Duo PC, I was never gonna use it this long, Lol, and have been slowly getting new parts, like a case, or a new PSU.

I just finally bit the bullet and upgraded to the Ryzen system now, because my i5 750 died.

I was more concerned on the unpurchased parts.

Also, the games I play, Cities skylines runs on ultra on my laptop, Using the HD 630 GPU, Its the CPU that is the bottle neck

*I may get a RX 580 8gb at the end of the year*

They did make a few good points above, currently the budget is unbalanced with expensive ram and a video card that could be upgraded if you chose cheaper ram, however I like to look at it in the long run. Your planning on upgrading the GPU and if you can fork up the money for an RX 580 GTX 1070 or better. Also, GPU pricing is starting to return to normal, I just saw a GTX 1080 8gb turbo card for 530 and change. That card would have normally run around 700+ dollars.

Yeah, That was what i was thinking, also it is kinda hard to get a balanced build when Buying parts over 2 years.

I did find a GTX 1080 for 270 on black friday a couple of years ago... Still mad that my parents did not let me buy it

That would have been an insane deal, you could have resold that card for 4x what you payed for it about a month ago. Not to mention it is one of the best for gaming these days. I understand how the whole process went down and your PC will be just fine as is, I just recommend a GPU upgrade in the future.
