FIOS static IP

Does the STATIC IP in the FIOS router automatically switch to STATIC IP or does DHCP has to be manually turned off and the router set up for static new ip?

your isp should have made this part clear whethere you're on a leased address or STATIC, and gave you in the info. if not ...call them.

Thanks... I sort of having problems with FIOS locating this account. 4 people are owners of one building and no one knows who pays for what who owns what and FIOS cant find the account. So it is harder then it looks.
