Hi!

Ok, both FCs have to sit around at warp0
the chunneling fc needs 50kt of fuel
and the other one? Is there fuel required or can I leave it w/o any fuel
and prevent a cloaked attack?

(I know, no shields but a single lousy cloaker won't harm a fully loaded
Biocide anyway)

you need at least 1 kt fuel aboard bevore the chunneling routine.

i.e. transfering it from an enemyship would fit too.

Yes, I beleive you need fuel on the ship to perform the function.... Not 50,
but you have to have at least 1 fuel to make the ship operational.
