[SOLVED] Firefox 70.0

Trying to login to Firefox but keeps on saying "Please enable cookies and local storage in your browser to access Firefox Accounts." Under 'Enhanced Tracking Protection' choose Standard and under 'Cookies and Site Data ' there is no option to ENABLE COOKIES. I cleared cooky data. Thanks
