Firefox acting in an unusual way

Don't know if this belongs here but.... I've recently got some kínd of malware in my computer, it makes the pc turn off after some minutes. Also i can't install any program, or the pc will crash, i'm running win 8.1 pro x64, to get red of this malware i upgraded to win 10, the malware then stopped working but one issue still remains, for some reason Firefox won't load any website at all, and will display security warnings, if i go into windows safe mode, Firefox works with no problems at all, tríed reinstalling browser, clean install, cache, cookies, etc, nothing works, any idea why Firefox only works fine in windows safe mode, how do i make it work again without going into safe mode every time.

You did a clean install? That means there is something physically wrong with the pc. is is a desktop or a laptop? It sounds like a psu problem.
