[SOLVED] firefox crashing on open

some times my firefox crash on start it all was crash when i log into my hotmail.it was not doing it until after i install windows update before that i could log into hotmail and play battlefield 4 i was just doing that today but after i installed the windows update it start to crash i also got crash error txt file save sp here is a link to the downlaod http://www.megafileupload.com/en/file/579228/firefox-crash--txt.html i hope some can help me

I do not download files. I am curious to see what your text file looks like. Is there anyway you could copy and paste that into a PasteBin and link the file here.

Why is this in the OS X forum when you are using windows?

Can you start Firefox in safe mode? From the run prompt type firefox -safe-deposit and press enter. Or press and hold shift while double clicking the Firefox icon.

Could be a plug in or extension has corrupted while updating.

If ccleaner is installed go to tools/startup / firefox tab. Disable everything then see if it opens. if it does its an addon
