Firefox with cookies enabled, still cant login.

I enter name and passwd fine, then try to post, and it says 'please login first'.

Actually this has happened on other sites too, so this is prolly a post for the firefox board, but...

Do you have cookies enabled / Run Zonealarm / a firewall set to block cookies?

As Ned said, if you have ZA Internet Security set at high ... it will block cookies and you can't post/log on.

No ZA, cookies are enabled, no firewall blocking cookies.

I use Firefox about 95% of the time here ... can't imaging what the problem is then. :?:

Very sorry to bother you. Tomshardware was in the blocked exceptions list.
Removed it and all is well. Thanks for your speedy replies!
