If you want to do this professionally, buy a firewall (ISA server
comes to mind).
If you want to do this quick-and-dirty, do it in a logon script.
Something like:

REM Test on first 3 characters in clients name
REM First parameter = offset of the string
REM Note that the first character has number 0.
REM Second parameter = number of characters to extract
set testvar=%CLIENTNAME:~0,3%
if %testvar% == AAA goto A_stuff
if %testvar% == BBB goto B_stuff
REM Not a known client, throw them out!
logoff.exe

You could also use a certificate based solution like L2TP/IPSec VPN or WiSSH (Windows over SSH Remote Desktop Client):

Claudio Rodrigues also makes a Terminal Server security product called SecureRDP which would be worth checking out (also on URL above).
